As you may know at Ronda Design we aim at pushing further the boundaries of interior design, experimenting with metals and magnetic elements.

Today I would like to show you the preview of an unpublished project we have realized for a boutique hotel in London (one of the cities I love the most).

Our customer’s need was to find an original solution for the meeting room and the wellness area reception of a boutique hotel frequented by a sophisticated, metropolitan and demanding clientele.

We started from the meeting room, developing ideas to realize an original wall decoration with some irregularly shaped metal sheets.

To increase the depth effect of the wall, we also –included the possibility to insert a led lighting system into the metal sheet cracks.

The final touch could not be anything else than our magnetic shelves, adding flexibility to the metal wall, which can now be changed completely at any time by simply rearranging the shelves and playing with the objects placed on them (up to a maximum of 5 kg load capacity).
